📋 HOW TO USE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

1. Fill grow bags with sterile substrate or grain, seal with heat sealer
2. Sterilize in autoclave (121 °C, 60–90 min) or pressure cooker (15 PSI, 90 min)
3. Allow to cool completely at room temperature
4. Inoculate through injection port with sterile syringe or 18G needle
5. Incubate at 68–77 °F until full colonization (10–21 days)
