📋 HOW TO USE

1. SANITIZE the inoculation port of your jar and the tip with 70% isopropyl alcohol
2. INOCULATE 2-4ml of culture into sterilized grain or substrate
3. COLONIZE in a dark, clean area at 18-22°C for 2-3 weeks
4. FRUIT in a cool environment (12-18°C) with 85-90% humidity and frequent fresh air exchange

📋 RECIPE – SAUTÉED CHESTNUT MUSHROOMS

Ingredients: 300g fresh Chestnuts, 2 garlic cloves, parsley, olive oil, salt.
