2. Inject 2-4ml into sterilized substrate (grain spawn, pasteurized straw, or supplemented sawdust)

4. Once fully colonized, expose to indirect light and abundant fresh air to trigger pinning
5. Harvest clusters when caps are convex, before edges flatten completely
