📋 HOW TO USE

1. DOSAGE: Use 15-20g agar per liter of distilled water, add your chosen nutrients (20g/L DME for PDA, 20g/L malt extract for MEA).
2. DISSOLVE: Heat while stirring until fully dissolved — solution will turn clear.
3. STERILIZE: Autoclave or pressure cook at 15 PSI for 15-20 minutes.
4. POUR: Dispense into sterile Petri dishes under a laminar flow hood or still air box, allow to solidify 20-30 minutes.
5. STORAGE: Seal bag tightly after use, store in a cool dry place away from moisture sources.
